The 22R was one of the first razors Parker put out and it's still one of the ones people buy. Butterfly head, which means the doors on top swing open so you drop a blade straight in. No taking the razor apart on the edge of a sink.
Gunmetal finish over a brass frame. It's the lightest of the three Parkers we carry at 3.4oz, which makes it a reasonable place to start if you've only ever used a cartridge razor. Let the weight do the work and don't press.
Takes any standard double edge blade. We stock a cheap five pack if you just need something to get started with.
